Delivery time policy

Delivery of goods is carried out after the customer makes full (valid) payment. Every order that has been paid & has been validated by the system cannot be changed, including color and size.

Product delivery will be made after payment has been made and has been validated by our system. Product delivery uses expedition services. The receipt number will be updated automatically on the customer's account which can be checked after 1X24 hours after making the payment.

Delivery on the same day, if the product order and payment confirmation is made before 13.00 WIB on operational days & hours.

Timeliness is our priority. However, if there is a delay in delivery due to any reason, of course we will immediately notify you to arrange the next delivery schedule. We hope you can understand these changes, especially those caused by force of force, because they are beyond our control.

Refund Policy


We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, voucher or gift cards.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
